Training for results is more simple than what the industry would like you to believe, it doesnt need to be overly complicated to get result. What you need however is consistency and patience. Stop being distracted by new gimmicks AND STICK TO WHAT YOUVE STARTED. Remember: • Most gains made during the first four weeks of a program are from neural adaptations, not actual muscle mass development. • When you hit your first plateau on a new program, thats when youll actually start to build muscle, provided you keep training hard. • Stick with your keystone lifts all-year round if you want to build muscle. Change sets, reps, or training methods, but stay with the same big movements. • It takes about 90 days to change your muscle composition. BE PATIENT! THERE ARE NO EASY WAYS TO GOOD RESULTS.
