Training hard is an art form. It is the one thing you can do to challenge yourself and find out what you are made of. If you miss your goal, than keep trying. It is pointless to go after a tough objective and not to expect it to be difficult. That is what makes it special, unique, rare. Cast your doubts aside. They do nothing for you but bring you down. Do everything you can to remain confident, unswayed by the negative voices in your head. Faster workouts will be painful but remember in due time, you will adapt to that pace and it wont be so intimidating as it first was.
