Training plan for the week starting Monday July 14th Monday 14th July Bargoed track 6 x 800 metres with 2 minute recoveries Tuesday 15th July Beginners :- bottom of uni playing fields 6-30pm start session decided on the night. Intermediates:- Hopkinstown cricket club 6-30pm start Barry sidings short sprint session as sharpener for cosmeston relays Main:- Hopkinstown cricket club 7pm start one mile warm up to path above cricket club then a short sprint session as sharpener for cosmeston relays Thursday 17th July Beginners:- University playing fields 6-30pm start some speed reps up to the end of estate then hill reps and speed work back to uni playing fields Charlyne needs to see sweat and sicky mouths Lol! Intermediates:- University playing fields 6-30pm start Taffs well then up Taff trail down volvo hill and back to uni approx 6 and half miles Main:- University playing fields 7-15pm start Speed session on field (weather permitting) or Zig zag route depending on whether people want speed session after racing night before Good luck to all racing this weekend and thank you to all who are helping out at our Loop race Sunday 13th July
