Training tip time :) , I have written three plans this week in which the people who hired me had quite hectic time constraints and can only fit 3-4 sessions a week, so max frequency training is out. So in this case when can only hit a body part once a week use as many cross over moves as You can. So chest and bi session- hit narrow chins for extra back stimulation, dips for extra tricep stimulation, high incline smith press for extra front delt stimulation. In your back session deads deads deads - this pulls everything in :) , in your leg sessions stiff leg deads and squats - pulls in all posterior chain. In your delts and Tri session dips/narrow bench/reverse bench for Tri to pull in more pec recruitment. The more cross over moves the better ; results in everything being hit multiple times a week despite a tight time schedule. Max frequency equals max gains :)
