Training today Well got a whole week of training ate nothing dropped about 4 - 5 kg bodyweight but I feel better body feels good just needed a rest... Back into it today bodyweight 109.8kg Bench goal was 200kg for bench comp but I think PB 192.5 kg plus I could settle for and aim for 200 plus at North Island Champs in June.. Started supplements today so either way PBs will fall Bench 1 x 10 x 85 1 x 8 x 105 1 x 5 x 125 1 x 4 x 145 1 x 3 x 165 1 x 3 x 175 1 x 3 x 175 1 x 1 x 180 not as fast as normal but all considering Im ok with it and I feel ready for 195 in three weeks 1 x 5 x 155 1 x 10 x 125 Tricep extensions 45 x 10 x 4 sets Barbell Curls on EZ bar 45 x 15 x 4 sets Wrist Curls on big bar 60 x 10 x 4 sets GHR 4 x 15 Done
