Trainings/Workshops in 2014: I wont be doing much teaching for the next four months while I hunker down with colleagues Lisa Herrick and Barb Burr on a writing project (news to follow). But things are starting to line up for the spring and fall. Heres a sampling May 2: Barb and I will do a seminar for experienced mediators at the Childrens Law Center of Connecticut entitled: Addressing the Challenges of Divorce and Custody Mediation with High Conflict, Multi-Problem Families. Beginning in June, Lisa and I will be in several cities (including Albany and Rochester, NY, and Toronto) presenting our workshop Mastering Landmine Moments in Collaborative Divorce Practice. We are particularly touched to have been invited by our friend and mentor Sue Brunsting and her colleagues at CLARA (Collaoborative Law Assocation of the Rochester Area), since Sue was our first Collaborative trainer in 2006.
