Dont fill new year with old dates, fresh plate served every year dont eat stale food. Match the TIME.. catch the TIME and Move the TIME. Life is such a joy such a thrill. In Art of Living there is not a dull moment. 2016 will be 35 years of Art of Living. All over countries saying we should have something like what we had done 25 years back, have a small family Re-union. Our small family gathering - Re-union. Twice a day become zero to see the one beyond the five - 2015. We should create waves of happiness everywhere. A doctor has responsibility to cure patients, a teacher has responsibility to educate the society, a farmer is responsible to feed people. The onus of health of society lies on farmer. The onus of education of society lies with the teacher. The onus of creating happiness lies on people who are HAPPY. Know that you have to bring this happiness to everyone. Individual happiness if we limit to ourself will not sustain unless spread. Not creating parties but spreading knowledge create awareness spread knowledge spread wisdom, talk wisdom.
