Transfer Talk England Manchester City captain Vincent Kompany has signed a new five-year contract with the Premier League champions. Kompany, 28, joins Aleksandar Kolarov, David Silva and Samir Nasri in committing his future to the club this summer. Kompany signed a new six-year deal after the club won the 2012 Premier League, but his new deal will keep him at the Etihad Stadium until 2019. Kompanys deal, which is understood to be worth £130,000-a-week Morgan Schneiderlin is claiming he has a gentleman’s agreement with Southampton that will force through his move to Tottenham. Schneiderlin insists this was in place when he signed a new four-year contract in February 2013. Although the 24-year-old, who earns £45,000 a week, signed his new deal under a previous regime, he insists the club should honour a verbal commitment. Javier Hernandezs agent says there will be news soon amid reports linking the striker with Juventus in a swap deal for Arturo Vidal. Everton have signed Chelseas Ghana winger Christian Atsu on a season-long loan deal. The 22-year-old joined Chelsea from Porto in September 2013 but was immediately loaned to Dutch side Vitesse Arnhem for the 2013-14 season. The 22-year-old revealed that he had passed his medical on Wednesday evening and posted an image of himself meeting manager Roberto Martinez. The club then confirmed that a deal had been finalised to make Atsu the Toffees fifth signing of the summer, following the arrivals of Romelu Lukaku, Gareth Barry, Muhamed Besic and Brendan Galloway. Manchester United keeper Anders Lindegaard has been told by manager Louis van Gaal that he can find another club. United want a fee for the Danish international, who is on the verge of leaving Old Trafford as Van Gaal prepares to promote Ben Amos to David de Geas regular deputy. Tottenham have completed the signing of USA international DeAndre Yedlin on a four-year deal. The 21-year-old right back will remain with Seattle Sounders before joining Mauricio Pochettinos side for the 2015/16 season campaign. ElseWhere Sami Khedira has decided to leave Real Madrid this summer after being left out of the squad for the Uefa Super Cup win over Sevilla. He faces a choice between Arsenal and Chelsea. Zenit St Petersburg hope to announce the £13m signing of Javi Garcia from Manchester City before the weekend. The 27-year-old will undergo a medical and discuss personal terms on Thursday. AC Milan have signed Real Madrid goalkeeper Diego Lopez for an undisclosed fee. Lopez, 32, moved to Real in January 2013 after first-choice Iker Casillas broke his hand. The Spaniard kept his place despite Casillas returning to fitness and made 52 La Liga appearances. But Real signed Costa Rica international Keylor Navas from Levante this summer and have allowed Lopez to move to the Serie A club.
