Transfers and Postings Government Order No.1058–GAD of 2014 Dated: 16.10.2014 In the interest of administration, the following transfers and postings are hereby ordered with immediate effect: 1. Mr. Aijaz Ahmad Bhat, KAS, Additional District Development Commissioner, Budgam, is transferred and posted as Additional District Development Commissioner, Srinagar, against an available vacancy. 2. Mr. Mohammad Hussain Mir, KAS, Deputy Commissioner (Central) in the office of Financial Commissioner, Revenue, is transferred and posted as Additional District Development Commissioner, Budgam, vice Mr. Aijaz Ahmad Bhat. 3. Ms. Sunita Anand, KAS, Joint Director, J&K Institute of Management, Public Administration and Rural Development, is transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner (Central) in the office of Financial Commissioner, Revenue, vice Mr. Mohammad HussainMir. 4. Mr. Pawan Singh Rathore, KAS, Member Secretary, SEGC, MGNREGA, is transferred and posted as Joint Director, J&K Institute of Management, Public Administration and Rural Development, vice Ms. Sunita Anand. Mr. Rafiq Ahmad Hakim, KAS, Director, Panchayati Raj and ex-officio Special Secretary to Government, Department of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, shall hold the charge of the post of Secretary, SEGC, MGNREGA, in addition to his own duties, till further orders. 5. Mr. M.M. Rehman Ghasi, KAS, Additional District Development Commissioner, Ganderbal, is transferred and posted as Additional District Development Commissioner, Kupwara, against an available vacancy. 6. Dr. Nasir Ahmad Naqash, KAS, Special Secretary to the Government, Higher Education Department, istransferred and posted as Additional District Development Commissioner, Ganderbal, vice Mr. M.M. Rehman Ghasi. 7. Mr. Gulzar Ahmad Dar, KAS, Deputy Excise Commissioner (Executive), Kashmir, is transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner, Relief Organization (Migrants), Srinagar, against an available vacancy. 8. Mr. Shabir Hussain Bhat, KAS, Chief Executive Officer, Tourism Development Authority, Doodpathri, is transferred and posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Anantnag, relieving Mr. Mohammad Yousuf Bhat, KAS, Chief Executive Officer, Tourism Development Authority, Pahalgam of the additional charge of the post. 9. Mr. Fayaz Ahmad Banday, KAS, awaiting orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department, is transferred and posted as General Manager, DIC, Budgam, against an available vacancy. 10. Mr. Reyaz Ahmad Shah, KAS, Deputy Director, ICDS Project, Social Welfare, Kashmir, is transferred and posted as Assistant Commissioner Development, Baramulla, against an available vacancy. 11. Mr. Bilal Khurshid, KAS, Deputy Director, Libraries, Srinagar, is transferred and posted as Assistant Commissioner Nazool, Srinagar, relieving Mr. Hamidullah Mir, KAS, Assistant CommissionerRevenue, Srinagar, of the additional charge of the post. 12. Dr. Zakir Hussain, KAS, General Manager, DIC, Poonch, is transferred and posted as Project Officer, Self Employment, Poonch, against an available vacancy. He shall hold the charge of the post of General Manager, DIC, Poonch, in addition to his own duties, till further orders. 13. Mr. Sandish Kumar, KAS, Deputy Director, Rural Sanitation, Jammu, is transferred and posted as Principal, Revenue Training Institute, Jammu, against an available vacancy. 14. Mr. Bal Krishan, KAS, Deputy Secretary to Government, Bureau of Public Enterprises and Floriculture, is transferred and posted as Deputy Director, Rural Sanitation, Jammu, vice Mr. Sandish Kumar. 15. Mr. Vishal Sharma, KAS, Special Assistant in the Personal Section of Hon’ble Minister for Housing, Horticulture and Culture, is transferred and posted as General Manager, DIC, Jammu, against an available vacancy. 16. Mr. Suram Chand Sharma, KAS, Project Officer, Self Employment, Samba, is transferred and posted as Assistant Commissioner Development, Jammu, against an available vacancy. 17. Mr. Balbir Singh, KAS, Project Officer, Water-shed, Kishtwar, is transferred and posted as Project Officer, Self Employment, Samba, vice Mr. Suram Chand Sharma. 18. Mr. Akhtar Hussain Qazi, KAS, Project Officer, Self Employment, Kishtwar, is transferred and posted as Assistant Commissioner Development, Kishtwar, against an available vacancy. He shall hold the charge of the post of Project Officer, Self Employment, Kishtwar, inaddition to his own duties, till further orders. 19. Ms. Suman Bala, KAS, Registrar, J&K Board of Homeopathic System of Medicine, presently Deputy Secretary in the Summer Secretariat, Jammu, is transferred and posted as Deputy Director, Tribal Affairs, Jammu, relieving Ms. Ankur Mahajan, KAS,Deputy Director, ICDS Project, Jammu, of the additional charge of the post.
