Transformation has actually declined since 20 years of freedom because companies could easily comply with score cards without having to empower more black people esp in management and supervisory levels. Then the government said a white woman should be included because they are also previously disadvantaged, now every office is filled with white women most uneducated and unexperienced. You come to Rusternburg you could cry. What also puzzle me at times is most management levels filled by black people are those of Resource Management, Public Relations and very little on production departments where decisions are taken, that part is so white is not funny. We need to stand up for this injustice. Black people must be highly qualified and highly experienced but white people just need to be white. I say to hell with this!
