Transformers is looking for “HR Officer” on urgent basis. The ideal candidate is expected to perform following tasks; • Advertise vacant positions on social media etc Collection of CVs for recruitment • Make database in MS Excel and software Screen and Short-listing the resumes • Confirmation of interviews e.g, email, telephone Conduct initial screening interviews on telephone, Skype and face to face interviews Selection of candidates, make summary-sheet and email Job detail letter to shortlisted candidates Get the feedback from corporate clients about final shortlisted candidate and rejection reasons • Make a database of corporate clients • Maintain co-ordination and effective communication between corporate clients and candidates • Coordinate and attend career fairs • Coordinate with prospective client’s i.e, Local & International • Coordinate and maintain relationship with placement officers of universities to build positive image of company • Maintain status reports on daily, weekly, and monthly basis Manage events with team • Any other duty that Line Manager will assign time to time Experience: Minimum one year in recruitment and selection. Preference will be given to candidates having experience in overseas recruitment. Qualification: BBA (HR) / B.Com – MBA-HR preferably. Skills required: • Excellent computer skills, including Word and Excel in a Microsoft Windows environment • Effective oral and written communication skills • General knowledge of various employment laws and practices • Skills in database management and record keeping • Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality • Excellent organizational skills • Must be able to gather and analyze information skillfully.
