Transit workers and cops tend to have a good working relationship. That officer couldve shown his shield at anytime during his argument with the transit worker and the overall tone wouldve changed almost instantly. But he chose to remain incognito, continue to argue and then commit assault. It takes a special kind of crooked cop to get into altercations with transit workers. A disgrace to the shield that he kept tucked away to play pro wrestler at a train station.
