TranslatIon of my post - ASPA like 1.3545 million and 1.9845 million give from lei (about 440,000 euros) excluding VAT for services Cadaver dogs from incineration of municipal bases Bragadiru Mihăileşti Pallady , according to an announcement from the above- licitatii.ro Authority for the Supervision and Protection of Animals ( ASPA ) intends to enter through open tender , a framework agreement with a single economic operator to provide cremation services Cadaver dogs. The bodies will be collected from ASPA bases respectively Pallady Bragadiru and Mihăileşti . Framework agreement Estimated value of 1.3545 million and 1.9845 million is between lei (about 300,000 euros or 440,000 euros) excluding VAT , the contract will be awarded to economic operators that will offer the lowest price . The contract will be concluded for a period of 21 months , the minimum value of its having to burning a quantity of at least 387,000 pounds and a maximum of one to 567,000 pounds. According to the tender specifications , services incineration of carcasses of stray dogs include the collection and transport of corpses . Among the obligations of economic operators who will win the bid that is found to move the outlets of the ASPA , upon request, to collect and transport the corpses of dogs to neutralization . The bodies of euthanized dogs will be transported and disposed of in strict compliance with the provisions of Regulation (EC ) no. 1069/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 October 2009 laying down health rules concerning animal by-products and derived products not for human consumption and repealing Regulation (EC ) no. 1774/2002 (Regulation on animal by-products ) and the Order of the President of the National Sanitary Veterinary and Food Safety Authority no. 80/2005 for approving the sanitary veterinary and food safety establishing the necessary veterinary records and the neutralizing activity of animal waste , as amended and supplemented , reads the specification . Transport to the beneficiary and the beneficiary will be the expense of the provider . Offers can be submitted until June 18 , at 11.00, and will be opened on the same day at 12.00 . Under the legislation , the dogs in shelters that are not claimed or adopted within 14 days would be euthanized . April 24 , ASPA announced that Bucharest had been euthanized since February 17 , 4000 by stray dogs .
