Mrs.Najah pointed out that the role of any family begins from the birth of the sons. -The role of treating kids and its affect on enhancing sons talents, on one hand, and the partiality of the family towards certain talents, on the other hand. -The rich environment and the right preparations in the family increase the energy of the sons. -Comparisons and high expectations which are beyond the capabilities of kids endurance might cause problems for talented people. - Situations where fathers insist in reproducing their abilities thru their sons, while the main role of any family is enhancing the capabilities of sons. -The bad effects of violence and struggles, and their role of defusing the capabilities. Besides, fear and creativity do not exist together. Moreover, school environment sometimes does not satisfy the scientific curiosity. -The role of kinder guarding in enhancing tendencies and capabilities. -The role of scales and tests in enhancing the interests and playing. -The most important problems which face both innovators and talented children, and the strategies of King Abdullah School which cares in embracing talented children. -The real secret behind positive motivations, and its effect in revealing talents and creativity. - The role of Mrs Najah in the Program of Students Self Discovery, and her pioneer role in discovering tendencies and talents for students. -Phobia, familys high expectations, the culture of the community, and family standards. -Mr.s Najah role of transmitting the experiences of dealing with the talented children and the discovery of their talents in KSA and UAE. -There were some callings during the interview: • Baraa Abu Naima, who was one of Mrs.Najahs students, he is a student of medicine now, he praised Mrs.Najahs role of enhancing talents and innovations. • Mr. Khaled Abu Tair and his special participation as usual, he pointed out the importance of respect within the family. • Mrs. Iman a mother of one of Mrs. Najah students. Iman praised the special role of Mrs.Najah in dealing with students and their parents; she answered few questions and presented the role of families in improving talents and interests of their kids. • Dr. Mohammad Khalifa he invited Mrs.Najah to be a member of the team change makers. • Eng. Abdullah one of Mrs. Najah students.
