Translating can be a tricky business. I have lived in Bahrain for going on 25 years now and have heard Shiias referred to a few different ways and none of them were Bahamas. Baharnas yes, Bahamas no. The entire book refers to them as Bahamas and I dont even understand how the translator made that leap (I actually looked to see how close the Bahamas were to Bahrain, just in case :) ) except to imagine that the letters r and n close together look sort of like an m (that could just be a print error but through the entire book and only with that particular word?). Other than that, Ive got nothing.
