Transport for London (TFL) have confirmed that Service personnel will be provided with free travel on the TFL network with effect from 29 Jun 13. This offer applies to Regular and Reserve personnel travelling in issued uniform and in possession of a MoD Form 90 ID card and is valid for travel on London Buses, London Underground, London Tramlink and the Docklands Light Railway. Unlike the offer which was extended to Service personnel during the Olympic Games last Summer, free travel will not be available on services run by train operating companies within the London Travelcard boundary (Zones 1 to 9), nor will it apply to national rail services outside London or the Emirates Airline Cable car. If personnel are planning to use this offer and are unsure of the extent of the TFL network they should first check the TFL website: tfl.gov.uk
