Travelling to work on A19 northbound today I saw a vehicle on the A19 southbound stationary in lane 1 indicating to move into the lane for A66 MBro on the flyover, prevented from doing so by vehicles on the onslip from Haverton Hill. This was causing queuing traffic in lane 1 and adding to the congestion, tailing back to Billingham. DO NOT intentionally stop on the A19, keep moving and use the whole length of the flyover to execute your filter into the lane you require, theres plenty of distance on the flyover to execute your manoeuvre in both directions.
