Treated the little brother to a night out on the town! Cant visit Kingston, Ontario without having dinner on the Jack Astors roof top patio ;) He had the deluxe burger and fries 😍 ....ummm this girl was drooling HARDCORE. I was good and had my grilled chicken with steamed veggies.It was delicious but just by seeing it I could tell it was definitely not the 5-6oz of protein Im allowed to have. I still have another meal to eat so Ill be glad to have my usual portion sizes. It was really hard to be there and smell all the yummy stuff but Ill be back in 9 weeks to enjoy one of the burgers post show for sure! Then we stopped at Menchies, the frozen yogurt bar. My brother got his dessert and I got my black iced coffee from Starbucks across the street. Staying strong and positive because I know the 62 days left until show day are just around the corner 🎉
