(Tree) In Sura Ibrahim v24, ALLAH gives us the metaphor of the KALIMAH as a beautiful Tree- Have you not seen how ALLAH has given the parable of a beautiful kalimah, like a beautiful tree, whose roots are firmly established & whose branches tower in the sky? Pondering on this verse we derive many lessons- *The heart of a believer is firmly established like the roots of a tree *the branches are ones sincere actions that ascend to ALLAH (see Sura Fatir v10) *The Ahlulbayt a.s r like a tree- (source of life, nutrition & fruit) *In a forrest, trees grow much taller then they do individually spaced out. Why? In unity, lies strength. *Wen u cut the branches frm the side, a tree doesnt stop growing but grows taller. Likewise when a believer is pressed frm all sides, he grows taller & steps up to challenges with confidence. *The branches can be viewed frm different angles but r from the same tree. Some choose to look at 4 branches, others 6 but all 12 r appointed, yet attendance at majalis of some branches shows a different reality! Ponder on it
