Trek in Mgoun 10 Days Trek in Mgoun( Central high Atlas): Day01: Arrival and transfer to your hotel Day02: You meet your guide and driver in the hotel and head south east from Marrakech alongside the atlas foothills to the town of Azilal. Lunch in a local restaurant before you continue driving a scenic road to Ait Bouguemez valley.Stop in the village of Agouti (1800m). Dinner and overnight in camp. *06hs drive Day03: This morning you start walking along the farms climbing gradually to Arouss(2300m) for a lunch break by the stream. In the afternoon, you continue climbing along the river up to Azib N Ikhiss(2700m) for camp. Dinner and overnight in camp. *05hs walk Day04: A gradual climb through Tarkedit pass (3100m) to join Tarkedit plateau (2900m).Stop for a picnic lunch .In the afternoon, walk down to the canyons and back to camp.Dinner and overnight in camp . *06hs walk Day05: An early breakfast and gradually climb to Mgoun summit (4071m) where you have impressive views of Saharan mountains to south .A snack on the top and head downhill to your camp in Oulilimt(2600m).Dinner and overnight in camp *08hs walk Day06: Today you follow the Mgoun river along pretty canyons to Ain Aflafal (2200m) where you have lunch break. In the afternoon, you continue gently to your camp by the ruines of Ait Ahmed Kasbah (2000m). *06hs walk Day07: Walk along the Mgoun river through remote berber villages perched in mountain slopes .Stop for a picnic lunch by the stream before you continue by the stream to your camp in the village of Imin Irk (2000m).Dinner and overnight in camp. *06hs walk Day08: Walk along Mgoun river and trough spectacular gorges of Achaabou to Ain Ifesfass(1800m) where you enjoy a picnic lunch before you continue along the stream to your camp in the tiny village of Tighranimine(1700m). ).Dinner and overnight in camp. *06hs walk Day09: Another day through fresh water of Mgoun river to the open gorges of Aguerzegua and Ighrem Aqdim. Picnic by tiny farming squares and continue through old ksar to your camp in Issoumar..Dinner and overnight in camp. *06hs walk Day10: Meet your drivers and transfer on a dirt track to Dades valley where you join the main road top Ouarzazate .Lunch in a local restaurant and continue through Tichka pass (2260m) north to Marrakech.Dinner and overnight in hotel. *07hs drive Day11: Transfer to airport for flight Included: -Airport transfers -A minivan to and back -02 nights HB -A guide -A cook - Full board during the trek - Mules -Camping equipment Personal gear: Trekking boots, sun-block, sun glasses, and a hat.
