Trekking to Mt Everest Base Camp…. Today I started thinking about the past few years of my life how much my life has changed in such a small amount of time. I thought about the challenges and the hurdles I have had to over come to be able to accomplish my dreams. One thing i really want to share with you is a little video that I shot with Regina while ascending to Mount Everest Base Camp. It has been over a year an a half since completing this journey in our lives and to be honest I have not really watched any of the videos that we shot. I do not know why this is. It was such a huge accomplishment and it really did change my life. It made me realize the human mind is stronger than the physical body. Even with physical exhaustion, if your mind is strong then your body will follow. I proved this at a later stage on the trek and I look forward to sharing this with you at a later date. It’s funny because as I write this I can remember everything like it was yesterday. I guess that shows how much it impacted my beliefs. I just wanted to share this with you…. I decided to shoot some videos of our journey on the way up so I could really capture the emotion of the not only the day but how much our emotions and personal mindset would be affected with the higher elevation and also the personal challenges we had to endure. I have not watched any of the videos I took from this trek until today, and today I also decided to share the video with you…. The video has not been edited so you have been warned. ~Mike
