Triad people: looking for a place to rent? Im either closing my very cool pad in High Point or going to find a roommate. I have too much overseas travel planned in 2015, and when Im in the USA I have decided to keep my feet in Williamsburg, VA. Because well, the inn needs me, I am in love with gardening- something I cant do in HP, and Ive become quite fond of this place. If I found a roommate I would not use the apt except 20-25 days, max, during the next year for Market Times, and it has two large bedrooms. Well actually a living studio area and another work studio room (which is where I would stay the few days Im there). Im looking for responsible, cool, laid back, has a job, has a life, has a good sense of humor, and will pay their share on time. So heres the gig; $300 bucks/month. Its cheap because I just want someone to be nice to my things and help me feel like Im not being totally wasteful by letting it sit there unused. And I would rather do this than hassle closing it down and moving all my stuff out. Utilities including cable and wifi not included. Im going to make the decision in 7 days. So if you know someone who might be interested, inbox me with the information. Its no biggie if I cant find someone, just wanted to put it out there, you know, just in case.
