Tribune College sacks one lecturer, prosecutes four students for impersonation 05.Jul.2014 Ubong Anthony - Calabar NO fewer than four students of the College of Education, Akamkpa, Cross River State, are currently being investigated for impersonation. This is even as one lecturer has been sacked, while four others are currently under investigation for academic fraud. The college provost, Dr James Ejue, who disclosed this during a press conference in Calabar on Friday, said that the move was in line with its zero tolerance policy on malpractices. He said: “One lecturer has already lost his job because he was caught extorting money from students and four others are already undergoing investigation because they already have confirmed appointments. We are following proceedings and if found guilty, they will be shown the way out.”
