Tribute to Dr. Ameyoh Stella Adadevoh and Nurse Justina Ejelonu We may never appreciate the weight of the sacrifice you both made to keep us safe after those who have the responsibility to keep us safe failed abysmally to do so. When death invaded our land and threatened to deny as many of us life, you both stood between the living and the dead to say unto death no further must you go. In denying death of his invasion, you paid the ultimate price which is laying down your life for millions vulnerable Nigerians. When darkness was going to deny us the vision of what has befallen us as a people, your light was bright enough to make us see what we were truly up against (ebola). Worst still we cannot pay you the ultimate respect that patriot like you deserve in death for the fear of contacting the stranger that seek to invade our land but you vehemently withstood. Thank you for fighting for our lives by paying the ultimate price of giving your own life for vulnerable Nigerians. Thank you for standing in fierce confrontation to death and insisted that it cannot go further than here at the First Consultant Hospital and at the risk of your own very lives. Thank you for being the light that was bright enough in the midst of the thick darkness that ravaged us for us to know what exactly we were contending with. We may not be able to thank you well enough but I know that when the story of this time will be told in the future, we will not but remember the roles you played. We share in the grief that your sacrifice must have brought upon your families, relatives and friends and to them we say may God console them at this trying times. Rest on in peace knowing fully well that you played well your part If the government will not honor the sacrifice of these patriots, can we the governed at least pay them tribute for their ultimate sacrifice? Shall we awake the conscience of this nation to the sacrifice of these patriots by making this go viral through whatever medium you can please.
