Tricep dips - todays Move of the Day! We give some love to our triceps in PiYo class, but generally triceps are not as loved as biceps, chest, and shoulders. So lets love them today!! To start- bend knees and place feet firmly on the ground. Bring arms behind the back, and place the hands on the ground with fingertips pointing toward your feet. Bend the elbows and push your body toward the floor. Pressing into the palms and heels, press back up. Repeat for 30 seconds and try 2-3 rounds! In the video, I show 4 variations, based on how deep youd like to go with this exercise.
