Tricep dips are a great way to isolate and build muscle if you have trouble getting rid of those bat wings! You can do this on the floor, stool, or chair. Just make sure every time you dip, you are isolating the tricep rather than using your whole body to lift up. For more difficulty, take your feet out straight in front of you!
