Triceps/core anyone? Here’s a little challenge for those of you who like them: 10 alternating single-leg walk-out-to-plank tricep pushups followed by 10 tricep plyo jumps on the BOSU. Don’t do this if you can’t maintain proper form all the way through. Train hard, but be safe! There are many regressions, but a good place to start is on your knees. You can walk out to a plank (if you are able to do so correctly) – preferably with both feet on the ground at first – then drop to your knees to do the tricep pushup. For the BOSU plyo part, start on your knees with elbows on the ground then walk up one arm at a time from elbow to hand. Then progress to walk-ups on the BOSU (knees), then to plyo jumps….and so on.
