Triceps triceps and more triceps. 3 different exercises with no rest in between(tri-set). This is a great tricep builder. People mistake the arm for being mostly biceps but in actuality tricep is the bigger muscle. Try these behind the head tricep extensions and skullcrushers. Do one set (all three exercises no rest) rest for 45-75seconds. Repeat this for a total of 3 times. Some things to watch for: dont move your whole arm you are basically moving your forearms and fully flexing the triceps. Keep your elbows tucked in close to your head. This will burn, use a weight that you can get all the reps. Look for this bar at the gym (ez curl bar) if not a striaght bar or dumbbells can work too.
