Tried Mouthful few days back, and I dont know how to rate it. The food was quite good, and had good quantity but the service was the worst one can imagine at a restaurant, even for a soft-launch. We ordered Philly Steak Sandwiches and Tarines, one with Saffron rice and one with Couscous. All the dishes were great although i made a mistake and ordered spicy Philly Steak Sandwich instead of normal (didnt expect it to be that spicy). Couldnt try the burgers as they were not available since Mouthful is quite famous by now regarding running out of stuff maybe due to overwhelming response that they didnt expect. Now the service, they have a small place so we were seated as soon as the table got free but the waiters were totally inexperienced. They wont clean the table, had to call them multiple times and they would come to pick up one glass or two. Wont replace the paper mats, wont remove tissues and the list goes on. Had to call him several times to bring water .. ended up clearing my throat at the sink :|. The waiter apologized as well for the service, which was a good sign. Their disclaimer Our servers are trained to carry your food to you ... is very particular to carrying the food i guess, nothing else :p Not very Happy Eating. Food: 9/10 Ambiance: 8/10 Service: -1/10 Food is what matters the most .. so maybe I will visit again some day.
