Just pure meat, no fat. Amazing taste made up for lack of crackle. Salad - 5/5. Coriander plentiful, crisp carrot and cucumber. No lettuce as per a quality breeder. Chilli 1/5. Only chilli sauce on offer. Let the roll down a little bit. All up scores a solid 27/20. Comfortably better than Hewett, strawberry fair and lemongrass when it was open.
