Tried posting on Specsavers. wont let me post so bugger em. will post here lmao. What is the use of a survey if you cannot return to a section once you have passed it ?. In other words we didnt get the chance to complete the survey in full. So I will post what I didnt get the chance to in here. Picked up glasses yesterday from Specsavers Paignton. Reason for return visit being the designer frames had four chips on them where the lens had been fitted. The frame was replaced but we only were offered a used frame off the shop display. because we were unhappy with that we were then begrudgingly offered a frame from a cupboard.The mere fact that a customer would be sold a chipped frame is bad enough to then be offered a basically second hand pair from the display stand beggars belief.Even the ones from the cupboard were grimy and covered in fingerprints.To also be made to feel that you were being a pest is not a good customer service. After spending over £200 I dont expect to be treated in this way. This would have been posted on the survey but seeing as the survey mechanism is flawed you have it in here.
