Tried the new interval training ive been reading about...SUPPOSE To work better than jogging for 30 Minutes....i did IT on My treadmill...u do 30 seconds of very fast walking, To get your Heart Rate up, then walk slowly for 4 Minutes, then 30 second fast again, and 4 Minutes slowly again....do that until u have done 5 rounds of 30 seconds fast for a total of 18 1/2 Minutes.....i think i can do this, lol!!! :)
