Tried yoga again tonight, about 6 weeks after my hand surgery. Fingers still bent in a permanent curve (just have to get that joint loosened) and tendons still healing, but 75 minutes of downward dog, planks, side planks, etc., and my hands fine. Back to the swing of things, I hope! (Wish Scott Margelofsky had been there, but not sure where he wouldve placed his mat…packed house in the studio…maybe this weekend?)
