Trish asked: I need help! I have a brother innovis 1500D and I am having trouble. The bobbin thread is not catching and the machine tells me to check and rethread upper thread. The upper thread is fin and the top stitches look fine but the bobbin never catches and the top thread bunches up underneath. I have changed needles, changed bobbin thread and cleaned the bobbin compartment and nothing has helped. When I pull the bobbin thread through I can feel it is pulling through weird. Any suggestions? I just had it serviced a month ago and it has been working great. Thanks!
