Tristan has had some good days this week! His bruised area is still unexplained, but healing, and an ultrasound revealed nothing wrong internally, just a skin bruise-good news! His heart echo showed his PDA has gotten smaller- more good GOOD news!! The team has a hope that by this time next week he will be taken off the ventilator and put on a cpap for extra support for his lungs. Next week is when they plan on exposing him to the natural light for longer intervals and more frequently- developmental thing- so his isolette wont be covered anymore! When he hits 3.5 lbs he gets to be dressed or swaddled and the top of the isolette gets to be lifted for long periods! (Hes 2lbs 11oz right now) Theyve given us big things to look forward to!! Praising God for the work hes doing, thankful for all the continuous prayers!
