Troll 2 - FILM SCREENING Friday 23rd August 8.30pm, £4 (pay on door) Well as promised back in June at the end of the sell out screening of “The Room”, “SINema Cult” is back this time with the one, the only “TROLL 2″. Do I even need to give this movie an introduction because I just don’t think I can do it justice… well for starters it a movie about Goblins… with not one Troll in sight… yeah. The OTHER Greatest Worst Movie Ever Made” but also one of the most entertaining (and in my opinion even more so than “The Room”) as well. Since it’s release 23 years ago it has become a YouTube sensation (that’s where you first seen it right), gained a very large following that easily rivals that of “The Room” or any other god awful movie out there and famously 19 years later had it’s child star (Michael Stephenson) go on to direct the critically acclaimed/award-winning documentary “Best Worst Movie” that follows Troll 2′s history and insane success. This must be seen in an audience participation screening also, sadly there won’t be any spoons this time but there will be some free vegetables to eat complete with green ectoplasm toppings and the list of things to do same as last time but if you want yell out your own comments be my guest once again. The screening will be followed by sets from The Hungry Ear DJs. It’s first come first serve so please pay at the door.
