Tropical Depression Caloy slowed down and maintained its strength, Philippine weather bureau PAGASA said on Saturday March 22, 2014. At 4:00am today, the center of Tropical Depression Caloy with maximum winds of 45kph, was located at 160 km east northeast of Surigao City. Caloy is expected to be at 50 km Southwest of Surigao City by tomorrow morning and at 470 km East of Puerto Princesa City by Monday morning. By Tuesday morning, it is expected to be at 240 km East of Puerto Princesa City. Residents living in low lying and mountainous areas under public storm warning signal #1 are alerted against possible flash floods and landslides.
