Tropical Storm Andrea is racing northeastward along the eastern U.S. seaboard, centered this morning near Charleston, South Carolina. Maximum sustained winds are 45 mph, and a Tropical Storm Warning continues along portions of the east coast of the U.S. Andrea is expected to lose its tropical characteristics later today.
