Tropical Update: Good evening guys lots to discuss. Tropical Depression 4 has developed this afternoon. This system will be very tricky to forecast due to the various atmospheric conditions that are setting up. 1st the trough that was expected to draw the system northward has been pushed off and missed TD#4. 2nd, High pressure over the southeast United States is building in which could block this system and make it drift westward. The models continue to do the windshield wiper effect. One concern I have is the Euro model which is pretty reliable has this system cut across Florida as for the GFS it has it moving north, skimming the east coast of Florida. The forecast confidence is extremely low so everyone in Florida all the way to the Carolinas need to be on alert. I think we will see better model data by tomorrow night. Ill keep you posted on the latest as it comes in. Since tomorrow is Sunday I would advise you to review your supplies and be prepared.
