Tropical Wave Update, Sat., 08.16.2014, 6:45 am (AST): As you can see, Satellite Imagery Shows a TW entering our Local Forecast Area. The outer edges of this TW has begun to produce showers over USVI, E PR, BVI, Culebra & Vieques. Satellite imagery shows colder cloud tops, which can possibly lead to intense T-Storms & gusty winds, over next 6-12 hours. Our main concerns are the strong gusty winds & flooding.
