Victor’s thugs disrupted the election and surprisingly he was declared as the winner. There’s not much to say. We have already taken legal actions and we would let the court handle that.” On Saturday, June 15, 2013, Victor Osuagwu was declared winner of the Lagos AGN election at the capacity filled Remi Tinubu Hall of the Surulere Local Government, Lagos with 80 votes as against Aganbi’s 69 votes.
