Truck Driver [03/07/2013] PG Glass Lusaka has a vacancy for a Truck Driver/Windscreen Fitter/Glazier. As such applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced Zambian citizens. The Principal accountabilities of this role will be: To provide quality customer service through quality workmanship, on-time delivery and correct order-fill; To ensure the highest level of fitment standards are maintained when fitment of glass is done; Assemble, and fits products as instructed by your Manager; Maintain good housekeeping at all times. Background & Experience: • At least 3 years experience with driving and knowledge of glass products; • Excellent communication ability; • Valid Drivers licence; • High energy to work in a fast pace environment; The job requires technical expertise and product knowledge. Skills & Attributes: • Excellent Communication; • Excellent interpersonal skills — effective in handling and interacting with customers; • Strong focus on customer service; • Knowledge of building glass and automotive glass will be an advantage.
