True Blood ends tonight. As it is one of only three shows that I even care to watch, I am saddened. But there has been sooooo much suckage from the hands of the writers, who, for seasons, continued to turn a blind eye to the books and fans and chart off towards WTFville, that I feel like Im the only person I know that still watches it. It doesnt feel right, though, that it is ending without really putting Sookie and Eric together. Bill/Sookie fans got what they wanted this season (gag). I dont even dislike Bill, but, come on! Now, there is only one way the show can redeem itself. Let Bill meet the true death. Let Sookie mourn about it, monologue it, even, Then, right before the show ends, shes sitting at a table looking sad and distant, she can even voiceover something profound or goofy, I really dont give a flying rats @$$...and then, Eric walks in. She looks up. She smiles. Fade to black. Its not the ending I would have hoped for...and its not the ending Im going to get...but it is pretty much the only way the show can leave us who know that Eric and Sookie were meant to be together with some sense of freakin peace.
