True Joy This is the day that the Lord has made ,We will rejoice and be glad in it. Psalms 118:34 We live in a negative world. You turn on the news and its gloom and doom ,while things go boom (Dexter Lab Cartoon network). In my life my workmates are not always very optimistic, and sometimes they like to complain a lot . And sometimes its difficult to be joyful in the mist of such negativity. But this Psalms encourages me . The Psalmist made a determined decision to rejoice. I realize the more I take time to give God thanks and praise for all the blessings He has given me . The more joy I experience. Anytime , I start to murmur and complain the more unhappy I feel. These days , I spend a lot of time thanking God for His blessings. The more I continue to do that I realize how truly blessed I am. I have also realized the true source of happiness is found in the Presence of God Psalms 16:11 You will show me the path of life; In Your presence is fullness of joy; At Your right hand are pleasures forevermore. If you want to have a relationship with the God whose Presence brings true joy, you can get to know Him through Son His Jesus Christ
