True Story !! People call me a Rockstar , Super Star ... but really I just work hard, play hard , teach how and Really love the feel of others Listening taking Action and seeing them soar.. IM just a Humble person thats had Success . It was never handed to me .. Heres a story I love to tell people from when I was in My Traditional Manufacturing company I needed very Skilled people in that Industry and would pay very high wages ,bonus, to land those people in my company . It took me 2 years to finally acquire a top guy, hands down Brilliant at the trade , It took me ONE week to FIRE him!! Why , EGO was his downfall and his attitude was unbelievable towards my other employees , He came in My office one day and said Why am I hanging my coat out there with THEM.. so I took him to the Lunch room , And said thats where I hang my coat ,, I AM ONE OF THEM . So I grabbed his coat and said lets put this somewhere it belongs .. On your back while you grab your other belongings , EGO is a dealbreaker .
