True confession: My name is Robyn. This has been a difficult week for me. I caught the flu and missed out on my scheduled workouts, I didnt eat well and now I am feeling like a slug. Heres the thing. I dont have to keep feeling this way because I have an incredible support system here at Empire Fitness. Theres Melissa who calls me every Monday evening to keep me focused on my nutritional goals, and then theres Mario and Ariana who will get me back in beast mode shape this coming week. Its all going to be okay. If you relate at all to my experience, rest assured that you will get the support you need at Empire Fitness. We are all in this together. Your success is our success.
