True confessions time: Mark and I made freezer crockpot dinners this winter break. 12 to be exact. We could get them out, put in crock pot as we leave for school and have a good healthy dinner when we get home. Some of them we have to take out the night before and put in the frig so they get partially thawed. It was one of those I took out last night, and guess what? . . . I forgot to put it in the crock pot this morning before I left. SO, I put it it when I got home and turned the crock pot on high. We will eat at 8, sigh...
