True or false -TRX is way to hard, I cant do it.... FALSE TRX is made for any fitness level. Just like bootcamp, you make it as hard as you want. There are modification moves to help you do that. - I should to wait till Im comfortable with the moves at bootcamp before trying it. FALSE. TRX will help you improve your form, get deeper into your squats and strengthen your core. - I heard people complain about how sore they are after a TRX class. TRUE , you will be sore but who doesnt like knowing they had a great workout. - But I already went to all my bootcamp classes, I cant do TRX this week. FALSE. TRX is a great addition to what you are already doing. Its a strength based workout that will help you reach your goals. :) Come try it out folks. Next class is Tuesday (tomorrow) night at 6:30.
