A Racial Program for the Twentieth Century A Racial Program for the Twentieth Century is a book which existence makes a strong case for the existence of a Jewish plot against white Americans. The book was written in 1912 by Israel Cohen✡☭ in 1912 and gives the details of a plan to tranform America into a Melting Pot. The existence of this book was made public by Eustace Mullins, who was an opponent of the plan described in the book, and wanted to make the public aware of it. Similar to the Protocols of Zion, the authenticity of this book has also been questioned (presumably by people who feel exposed by this book becoming known to the public) using a variety of far-fetched arguments. The book nowadays is unavailable[1]. The following few lines seem to be the only surviving part of the book today[2]: We must realize that our Partys most powerful weapon is racial tension. By propounding into the consciousness of the dark races that for centuries they have been oppressed by the Whites, we can mould them to the program of the Communist Party. In America, we will aim for subtle victory. While inflaming the Negro minority against the Whites, we will instill in the Whites a guilt complex for their exploitation of the Negroes. We will aid the Negroes to rise to prominence in every walk of life, in the professions and in the world of sports and entertainment. With this prestige, the Negro will be able to intermarry with the Whites and begin a process which will deliver America to our cause.
