True story ~ A few years ago I met a client at Starbucks to talk with them about boot camp code pink . At that time I was still overweight . Not my biggest .... Not my smallest but not your typical trainer. I was in the struggle just like every other person who let themselves get out of shape , eating bad and sitting too much . But one thing I realized was people gravitated toward me because of this very real struggle . While talking with the future client I could hear a guy and girl a few years younger , not a pound over weight ....making fun of me and the fact that this fat girl was teaching people how to get healthier . Little did they realize I could hear every word . I left Starbucks that night questioning myself , my body and my future . Somehow in the next 24 hours I took that conversation and turned it into fuel . Years later . I realize the joke is on them . I never saw these people again . But I remember them very clearly . One thing is certain . You will always meet people that doubt u , that hate on you and that would love to have everyone in a neat little box .... The important thing to realize is that u have to be stronger than them and the noise . You have to want a dream and be willing to work for it harder than anyone else . You have to be willing to let them criticize . But never hear them . Your dream has to be bigger than their doubts . And never let those doubts cloud your path .
